When you request a free estimate or contact us through the Site, we may collect:

Name; phone number; email address (if provided); service type (e.g. mobile detailing, interior/exterior detailing, ceramic coating); vehicle information and preferred service location/time; and preferred contact method (phone, text, or email).

We may also collect limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies or similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, for advertising and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your free estimate request; schedule and confirm detailing appointments; send you updates related to your appointment or project (via SMS, email, or phone call, based on your preferred contact method); send promotional offers, discounts, and marketing updates about our services, if you separately opt in (see Section 3); improve our advertising performance and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

We offer two separate types of SMS consent, collected through separate checkboxes on our forms:

Transactional messages — By checking the transactional consent box, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointment or inquiry, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, updates, and review requests.

Marketing messages — By checking the marketing consent box, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages, including special offers and discounts.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can get help at any time by replying HELP, or by calling us at +1 217-571-3773.

Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or scheduling tools, is permitted for the purposes of the SMS program.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. CRM/scheduling software, payment processors); advertising platforms (e.g., Meta) in de-identified or hashed form, to measure ad performance and improve targeting; and legal authorities, if required by law.
